Tractor Mounted Hydraulic Rotary Rig (Direct Mud Circulation Method)

The system is particularly beneficial in densely populated areas where noise restrictions are enforced.

Utilizes a Tractor Mounted Hydraulic Rotary rig for drilling operations.

Boring is facilitated by a reamer equipped to deliver bentonite solution under pressure.

Bentonite solution aids in carrying bored muck to the surface, known as direct mud circulation system. Socketing is performed if necessary upon reaching hard strata.

Termination stratum is determined through Standard Penetration Test.

Upon completion of boring, borehole is washed by continuous circulation of fresh water.

Hydrometer is used to measure specific gravity of outflow solution, ensuring proper bore cleaning.

Reinforcement is lowered followed by tremmie for concrete placement.

Stratum identified via Standard Penetration Test for termination.

Reinforcement fabricated and inserted into borehole.

Specific gravity of outflow solution measured with hydrometer for cleanliness verification.

Concreting carried out using tremmie method.
