Rigorous casting and stacking methods ensure quality on-site. Piles are driven to specified depths using meticulously selected drop hammers, offering all the advantages of cast in situ piles.
OUR STRATEGIC SUSTAINABILITY
A precast concrete pile is a reinforced concrete pile molded into circular, square, rectangular, or octagonal forms. These piles are cast and cured in a yard before being transported to the site for installation. Alternatively, if space permits, they can be cast and cured near the worksite. They are driven into the ground using pile drivers, similar to timber piles. Typically, the diameter ranges from 35cm to 50cm, and lengths vary between 45 inches and 30 meters.
